SHEEHY VIP MEMBERS,

 

Please rest assured that your Sheehy VIP membership and benefits will be protected during this transition. If you purchased your VIP membership at the Mechanicsville location, Hart Nissan of Mechanicsville has committed to taking care of your VIP services in accordance with your agreement. You will have the option to continue to visit the Mechanicsville store for your VIP services through the duration of your contract. The dealership will continue to operate at the same location and you will find that most of the current staff will continue to take care of your needs. Please note that Hart Nissan of Mechanicsville is not obligated to provide VIP services to those customers who purchased their vehicle at a different Sheehy location.

All our Sheehy VIP customers continue to have the option to service your vehicle at ANY of our other Sheehy stores (excluding Lexus) including our 2 locations in the Richmond area. Hart Nissan may not be tracking your VIP Bucks in the future but will honor your current balance and have additional offers going forward. For our part, Sheehy Auto Stores will continue to adhere to your contract, including providing services as requested at our other locations and continuing to add to and redeem your VIP Bucks account.
